Joris Delanoue is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Fairmint, a fintech company pioneering the tokenization of startup equity. With nearly two decades of experience as a founder, investor, and operator, Joris has dedicated his career to building financial infrastructure that makes fundraising more transparent, efficient, and founder-friendly.

Before Fairmint, he founded Nexteem, a cloud computing company serving Europe’s leading banks and e-commerce firms, which he successfully scaled and sold. He also invested with Goodwill Ventures and The Family, advising startups on fundraising, business development, and operational growth.

At Fairmint, Joris Delanoue leads the industry’s only SEC-registered transfer agent purpose-built for blockchain. The platform has already issued and managed over $1B in equity directly on-chain, embedding legal compliance into smart contracts and proving securities can be both programmable and secure.

A three-time finalist in the International Mathematical Olympiad with a strong background in computer science and philosophy, Joris brings a rare blend of technical, financial, and regulatory expertise to the future of capital markets.

Fairmint

Fairmint makes community ownership easy. Companies launch Fairmint’s decentralized portal on their website, allowing contributors to receive tokenized equity in exchange for time or money they invest. Built by founders for founders, our technology leverages blockchain and smart contracts to make equity programmable. Fairmint is the Web3 layer of the modern startup stack, empowering participation in the ownership economy.
