Iyad Baghdane is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for A&I Power Group.
Iyad graduated from Purdue University and then started his career in General Electric, Pennsylvania, Iyad.
Upon returning to the middle east, he joined BEMCO as an Instrument Field engineer, handling all E&I activities between the contractor and GE manufacturer as the major Turbine supplier of the project.
Iyad and partner Alexis met on BEMCO project and joined departments to commission the combined cycle in the GCC, Qurayyah Power Plant.

Iyad Baghdane brings nearly 15 years of invaluable experience that aligns technology innovations and company goals on a path to success. His career encompasses roles as an electrical engineer, project manager, project analyst, and assistant to executive directors in companies such as General Electric and BEMCO. Iyad’s experience also includes work as a control system engineer at GE, and he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in 2010. His diverse experience, comprehensive knowledge and entrepreneurial determination are at the core of A&I’s innovative impact.
