Having had no prior experience in healthcare, she self-taught and in 2007 enrolled at Portland State University’s healthcare administration program. In 2008 she earned the designation as a Certified Healthcare Administrator.

Glenda has an MBA in Healthcare Management degree from Oregon Health & Science University (joint with Portland State University). Glenda Hill is the past-Vice President of the Nevada Chapter the Healthcare Financial Manager’s Association in addition to served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Association of Medical Products Suppliers. She also served on the Board of Directors for Columbia River Mental Health Services, Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation, and Pan Zoe, a direct patient care organization, providing primary care for the working poor.
