Before joining NewRocket, Frank held several senior leadership roles at Virtusa, a global engineering services firm, where he helped grow the business from a start-up operation to a multibillion-dollar organization. His work included developing global practices in business process, analytics, cloud, and customer experience, launching new digital businesses, leading large consulting portfolios, and building a technology advisory practice focused on next-generation AI. Earlier in his career, he served as CTO of INSCI, a pioneer in workflow and document management software, and began his professional journey at IBM, where he contributed to the early development of the PowerPC microprocessor.
