Dawn Zerbs

Dawn Zerbs is an expert and C-Suite advisor of Celeste, and an expert in organizational change management (OCM) and transformation.

Dawn Zerbs helps leaders move strategy from idea to implementation in a way that elevates people and performance across the organization. Dawn developed a strategic change model – the Strategy + Execution Change Process — based on her personal experience combined with other strategy and change framework components. She has been consulting and coaching using the Strategy + Execution Change Process to transform growing organizations in a variety of business settings for over twenty years.

Dawn Zerbs earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with specialized concentrations in managerial and organizational behavior, strategic management, accounting, and entrepreneurship. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in communication and music from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
