Vidya, can you start off by telling us about yourself and why you chose technology, then entrepreneurship as a career?
I started my career in technology because I’ve always been fascinated by problem-solving and systems thinking. Early on, I saw that technology was more than code; it was about connecting people, processes, and ideas in a way that transformed businesses. My curiosity led me into leadership roles where I could bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic vision. Over time, I realized my true genius was empowering people, both in tech and beyond, to thrive without compromising their values or energy. That realization inspired me to become both a corporate leader and an entrepreneur.
Can you tell us what drives you to be successful as a technology executive?
Impact and integrity. I believe technology should be a tool for meaningful change, not just efficiency. I’m driven by the challenge of aligning big-picture strategy with the human element, building teams where people feel valued, trusted, and inspired.
Tell us about your vision of your career in the next 2-3 years.
To expand the reach of my True Resonance® Method globally, helping more leaders navigate both technical complexity and human connection with equal skill. I’ll also continue investing in technology companies that align with my values and have the potential for real-world impact.
What are the one or two accomplishments that you’re proud of?
1️⃣ Creating the True Resonance® Method and seeing it transform the way leaders approach success, alignment, and emotional intelligence.
2️⃣ Leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar technology initiatives that exceeded delivery goals while maintaining team morale and trust.
What advice do you have for other up-and-coming technologists or leaders?
Look beyond the task in front of you. Your technical skills will get you noticed, but emotional intelligence will set you apart. Stay anchored in your values; they’re your compass in times of change.
Are you active on social media professionally? If so, what platforms work best for engaging your followers?
Yes. I’m most active on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. LinkedIn is where I connect with industry leaders and share thought leadership in leadership and emotional intelligence. Instagram and TikTok are where I share coaching insights, mindset shifts, and leadership moments that resonate on a personal level.
Who was your most significant influence?
The leaders who held a clear vision while caring deeply for their teams. They modelled the balance of excellence and humanity I strive for.
What is the most challenging part of your work as a Coach and Leader?
Balancing speed with sustainability. Whether in coaching or technology, the pace can be fast, but quality and well-being must never be compromised.
What do you have your sights set on next?
Continuing to scale my coaching work while investing in values-driven technology companies that are shaping the future for the better.
What is a day in your life like?
My day is quite structured. I dedicate the first part of the day to creative and high-focus work: designing programs, strategic planning, and content creation. From the afternoon into the evening, my time is for clients, whether that’s coaching sessions, leadership meetings, or collaborative projects. I make space each day for yoga, movement, and reflection to keep my mind clear and my energy steady, and I always make time to squeeze my little dog and play with her.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love travelling, exploring different cuisines, cooking, practising yoga, hiking, and being in nature. Meditation is a daily practice for me, and I’m always drawn to anything that challenges my mind and body in new ways.
What makes you smile?
Genuine human connection, whether it’s a breakthrough moment for a client, a laugh shared with a friend, hiking in nature, meditation, or a quiet reflective moment to myself.
What are you never without?
My curiosity. It’s my secret weapon in both coaching and technology.
What scares you?
Living a life that’s out of alignment with my values. I’ve seen how that leads to burnout and disconnection, and I never want to go back there.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
I don’t really take vacations because I don’t feel the need to take a break from what I love. Instead, I design my life so that work, travel, and joy flow together; every place I go becomes part of the experience I’m building.
