Jay Venkateswaran is the Business Unit Head for Banking & Financial Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, where he is responsible for the strategy, growth and financial performance of these businesses. Initially staring at WNS 17 years ago, Jay first worked as a Program Manager for one of the company’s largest clients, before moving to the Corporate Finance department, where he worked on M&A, and WNS’ IPO in 2006. He also set up the company’s Investor Relations practice, before becoming the Sales Lead for a number of Business Units and Horizontal practices.
