Paul Neyman is a Silicon Valley sales leader and AI entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience scaling enterprise technology platforms and driving digital transformation across multiple industries. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Areti Health, a venture-backed company using generative AI to revolutionize patient engagement and clinical trial recruitment for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies.
Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated exceptional ability to build revenue from zero while bridging the gap between complex technology and enterprise business value. Prior to co-founding Areti, Paul served as Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales at Genasys Inc. (NASDAQ: GNSS), where he grew AI-powered communication platform revenue from $0 to $15M ARR with 30% year-over-year growth. His strategic enterprise wins included major government contracts totaling $47M in bookings, including the State of California’s $4.2M statewide deployment and LA County’s $2.8M citizen engagement system.
Earlier in his career, Paul held progressive sales leadership roles at BlackBerry AtHoc, where he established national enterprise verticals and drove international expansion across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. He consistently achieved industry-leading competitive win rates of 67% through technical differentiation and authentic customer engagement.
Paul’s unique background combines deep technical expertise with proven sales leadership. He began his career as a software engineer, building enterprise platforms at companies including Ariba (acquired by SAP for $4.3B), Good Technology (acquired by Motorola, then BlackBerry), and Coral8 (acquired by Sybase). His engineering experience developing real-time data processing systems, AI-powered analytics platforms, and enterprise SDKs provides authentic technical credibility when engaging with CTOs and engineering teams.
