Kathryn Starke is a nationally recognized literacy consultant, reading specialist, former inner-city elementary school teacher, adjunct professor, author, and founder of Creative Minds Publications, an award-winning educational publishing and literacy consulting company. Starke is also the creator of Tackle Reading, an annual philanthropic initiative supported by the National Football League.
